Township Village in Morris Township NJ is a condo community conveniently located on Madison Avenue between Morristown and Madison in the Convent Station section of Morris Township.

The heart of the Township Village condo community is located along the cul-de-sac street known as Pitney Place.  Township Village condo community was built in the early 1960s and offers approximately 128 one- and two-bedroom condo units.  All units offer single-floor living and one bathroom.  The complex has stacked first and second floor units.  One bedroom condo units in Township Village have listed and sold for approximately $180,000-$225,000 and two-bedroom units in Township Village have been listed and sold for between $210,000 and $230,000.

The association fees for one-bedroom condos is approximately $310 a month and for two-units it is currently $394 a month.  In addition to the exterior maintenance, lawn maintenance, snow removal, garbage, pool maintenance, sewer and water, the fee also covers the owners’ heat.  The owner is responsible for paying for electric.  At the center of the community, at the end of the cul-de-sac, is an outdoor community pool that the residents can enjoy.

Township Village is located a mile from the Convent Station Train Station and is close to the Morristown Train Station as well; both offer Midtown Direct trains to New York City in roughly one hour.  It offers a great commuter location with easy access to Interstate 287, 80 and Route 24 and is very close to Morristown Memorial Hospital   Additionally, Township Village offers a very short drive to the great restaurants, shopping and nightlife of Morristown and Madison.
