Foxwood in Morris Plains NJ is a condominium community conveniently located just off of Route 10. The Foxwood condos in Morris Plains provide a quiet, private setting that has the feel of a ski-resort than a typical condo complex.
The Foxwood condos were built in the early 1980s and includes around 200 units. The size and layout of the condos in Foxwood vary greatly from 1-3 bedroom units. The condo units in Foxwood are primarily one and two-bedroom, though there are a few larger three-bedroom units; each single-floor unit has either one or two baths. The larger condo units in Foxwood also include a one-car garage and many of the units have balconies or access to the outside.
Foxwood has a condo association, and the management company for Foxwood is IMPAC Property Management. The monthly association fee is between roughly $300-$500 depending on the unit size. Included in the monthly fee is heat, hot water, property maintenance, water, sewer, garbage removal and snow removal. An additional assessment for residing the complex was recently added. Depending on the unit, the new buyer may be responsible for paying the assessment if it hasn’t been paid off by the seller. Tenants are responsible for electric, cable, internet, etc. The community amentities includes a pool as well as two tennis courts.
Located off of Tabor Road/Route 53, Foxwood offers quick access into the towns of Denville, Morris Plains and Morristown and provides quick acccess to Interstate 287 as well as mass transit into New York City.
